We are located in the Strase Obere Gasse in the center of the old town of Chur. The nail salon is located at the end of Poststrasse. The convenient location close to bus stops and parking lots makes visiting our salon easy and comfortable. The salon has a great location between various stores and is next to the historic St. Martin on Martinsplatz.

We offer a variety of services such as manicures, pedicures, eyelashes, eyebrows, etc. Our experienced team will be happy to assist you and satisfy your clients' needs with professional care.

Our carefully selected booking system, Fresha, allows our visitors to make an appointment with us conveniently and easily. It is highly recommended to book online. However, you can also call us.the salon has been opened

Yes, we offer a guarantee for nails and eyelashes.

It is very important that you bring your customer card with you on your next visit so that we know when you last visited our salon. If you do not bring your customer card with you, we will not be able to know the warranty period.

What happens if I want to cancel or postpone my appointment?

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 1 hour in advance. This gives us enough time to adjust and give the free space to someone else. 

If you have booked online with us, cancel there. Otherwise, please call us or send us a message on social media or by e-mail.

I tried to cancel online, but it didn't work. What should I do?

We recommend that you call us or send us a message via social media. It's important that we are informed of the cancellation so that your appointment is no longer in the system. I have booked online with you but have not received an e-mail confirmation. What should I do?

Please use popular e-mail services such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc. Other less popular email services such as GMX do not always guarantee that your appointment will go through our booking system.

I would like to have eyelashes. Can I see your work?

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, you can pay by card with us: VISA, Post Finance, Maestro, etc.

How long does each service take?

We have set each duration in the online booking system. Just visit us here

How does a customer card work?

The client card has 6 slots and bears your full name. Each time you visit, we stamp the card with the date you visited us and the name of one of our employees you worked with that day. If you visit us for the 6th time, congratulations, you will receive a 30% discount from us! 🙂 It is important to bring the client card with you on every visit.

I would like to give my friend a gift voucher. Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we sell them. Any amount can be paid into a gift voucher, just let us know how much you would like. Below you can see what a gift voucher looks like.

If your nails or eyelashes are damaged within a week of your visit, we will touch them up free of charge. Even at short notice, so that you are perfectly groomed for your next appearance.
