How annoying: Shortly after your visit to our nail salon, a nail breaks or eyelashes fall out. It can happen - despite professional work and high-quality products. We have developed a guarantee policy for such cases:
If your nails or eyelashes are damaged within a week of your visit, we will touch them up free of charge. Even at short notice, so that you are perfectly groomed for your next appearance.

Yes, we offer a guarantee for nails and eyelashes. If something is not right within a week of your visit, we will repair it free of charge.
Important: Please bring your customer card with you so that we can track your last visit. Unfortunately, we cannot grant the guarantee without a customer card.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 1 hour in advance. This helps us to pass on the appointment to other customers.

Yes, if you bring a friend with you, you will both receive a 10 % discount on the treatment. The discount does not apply retroactively if your friend has already been with us before.
