NAIL GUARANTEE

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. That's why we offer a guarantee for our nail treatments. Should your gel polish flake or peel, we offer a touch-up or re-polish depending on the condition.

If your acrylic nails or gel nails chip, break or tear, we will be happy to repair them under our guarantee.

Important note: Please bring your customer card with you to your next visit so that we can check the date of your last treatment. We cannot confirm the guarantee period without a customer card.

Warranty conditions:

Nails with gel polish:

Guarantee period: 1 week from the last visit.

Contact with the salon must be established within 1 week.

Acrylic or gel nails:

Guarantee period: 2 weeks from the last visit.

Contact with the salon must be established within 2 weeks.

Please note that replacement nails will only be provided if the original treatment was defective due to an error on our part. If individual nails are damaged due to unforeseen circumstances, the warranty only covers the affected nails. Our aim is to guarantee the highest quality standards and ensure your satisfaction.
