The gentleman at reception is always in a good mood and asks if you would like a drink. A small gesture that immediately gives you a good feeling. I usually show a photo and have personal wishes. I like my nails thin and want the cuticles removed. The staff always take a lot of time and ask at every step whether I like it without being annoyed. Today my nails turned out particularly beautiful and I wanted to record that. Thank you for the effort and the lovely work!

Clearly the best manicure I've had in the city. I went to the Langstrasse branch, had no prior appointment and was accommodated immediately. Not only was the manicure detailed and gently done, but was rounded up with an application of hand moisturizer and a hotel towel compress. Was offered coffee too. Smiling staff, prompt service and overall a great experience. Would definitely be a regular at DUVI

Excellent, fast and reasonably priced service. I am very sensitive on my feet but the team did such a great job that for the first time I felt nothing at all. It wasn't uncomfortable at all. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful gel manicure & pedicure. Super friendly, great place. What I particularly liked were the warm towels (like on an airplane) at the end, that the work was super gentle & that there was also something to drink. I will definitely be back! 🙏🏽✨

I am so satisfied!!! Every time I have the experience I expect. Everything is very clean with them, the staff are very friendly. Especially Tom, he is so friendly and you can have great conversations with him!!! He saved my broken nails, he was also very careful and gave me a lot of tips on how to take care of them again (with a break etc.) I am very satisfied and like it there very much! thanks Tom!!!

Highly recommended 🙂 Absolutely stunning French nails! Angel and Tom were both very friendly and made my first experience ever of getting acrylic nails done very enjoyable. The place is super clean, it's well lit, and in a great location in Zurich. I Will definitely go back there again very soon 🙂
